2 lb. Pork Loin
1/c cup vinegar
1 – 2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp brown Sugar Twin or Splenda Recipe
Combine vinegar, garlic, cumin, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and sweetener. Place in ziplock baggie with pork roast, turning to coat on all sides. Marinate overnight (or at least several hours) in refrigerator, turning occasionally. When ready to cook, remove roast from marinade, discarding excess. Grill or roast in oven at 350 until done, about 1 hour.
