Baked Pork Slices

List of Ingredients
* 4 - 2 oz lean center cut pork slices
* 1/4 cup of oatmeal flour
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1/2 tsp of onion powder
* 1/2 tsp ground sage
* 1/4 cup egg beaters or egg whites
Recipe
Mix flour, garlic, pepper, onion and sage together in small bowl. Put egg beaters in separate bowl. Dip pork slices in egg beaters then in flour mixture to cover. Place pork slices in single layer in casserole dish sprayed with butter flavor cooking spray (optional)**. Add about 1/4 cup water to casserole dish, cover and bake in a 350¡ preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Makes four 2 oz servings.
