Pork Chops & Salsa

6 pork chops lean, (to 8)
1 jar salsa (16 oz) chunky -- or make your own, salt free
1 bell peppers very coarsely chopped (1 to 2)Recipe
* 1. Brown pork chops (use a bit of cooking spray if desired)
* 2. Place chops and pepper pieces in 9 x 12 baking pan
* 3. Cover with salsa
* 4. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
* 5. Serve over rice
You could blend a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste into the salsa for a more tomato-ey sauce.
