    Crockpot BBQ Porkchops

    List of Ingredients

    2 lb pork chops (2 to 4)
    1 bottle BBQ sauce (or make homemade - see recipe)
    4 carrots (4 to 5)

    Recipe

    Slice carrots very thinly. Place in bottom of crockpot. Layer pork chops with BBQ between layers. Pour rest of sauce in. Cook on low 8 hours.
