Crockpot Pork Tenderloin w/ Apples

1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin (1 1/2 to 2)
1 large Granny Smith apple, chopped
1/4 cup apple sauce
1 bunch green onion w/ 3" greens, thin sliced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon balsamic or cider vinegar
Recipe
Trim excess fat from the pork and slice in 1 1/2-inch pieces. Place pork slices in the crockpot with the remaining ingredients, mixing to combine. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
