Grilled Dijon Pork Tenderloin

Juice from 1 lemon (original recipe called for 3 T lemon juice)
1 T white wine or vinegar
1 T Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, finely minced (I used instead a lot of garlic powder)
1 t ground ginger
1 t black pepper (I used McCormick's Peppercorn Medley freshly ground)
4 pork tenderloins
Recipe
In small bowl, combine all ingredients except pork. Generously brush the pork with mixture. (I actually managed to dip the pork in this.) Gril on Foreman grill for 4-6 minutes.
