List of Ingredients
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (no salt added), juice and all
1tsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
1tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp black pepper
dash of chayenne (more if you want it really spicy)
1/8 cup dried chopped onion
2 cups water
1 cup white rice
1 small pork tenderloin sliced into chops about 1/2 inch thick.
Recipe
in a stock pot or really deep pan mix all ingredients except pork, set aside. in a skillet brown chops and place under the liquid in the stock pot. bring it to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes or until all liquids are gone and rice is tender.
