    List of Ingredients




    Pork roast, 3 pounds or more
    1 teaspoon rosemary
    1/2 teaspoon sage
    1 bay leaf
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 cup broth
    1/2 cup white wine
    pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Heat broth to boiling. Add herbs and wine. Cover and let steep for at least 5 minutes. Use a basting sauce. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put roast in pan with fat side up. Roast until tender, about 35 minutes per pound for a large roast, 45 minutes per pound for a smaller one.
