Teri's Pork Breakfast Sausage

2 lb ground pork
1 tsp paprika
1 pkg Splenda
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp sage
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup chicken stock, low sodiumRecipe
Combine spices well in a small bowl, then sprinkle over pork. Pour chicken broth over pork and spices, and mix well with a fork. Refrigerate for at least an hour, up to one day. Heat a non-stick pan to medium. Spoon patties into the pan and fry. I actually use a little Pam, because I haven't had good luck with my supposedly non-stick pans. (can sub. ground turkey)
