    Warm Apple Pork Salad

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 pound pork (very lean cut away all exess fats) sliced very thin
    2 large granny smith apples cut into thin wedges and cored
    1/2 to 1 tsp fresh chopped garlic
    2 TBL chopped chives
    1/8 tsp fresh cinnoman
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    1tsp rum flavor
    6 to 10 cups chopped salad greens I prefer a large mixture of fancey greens

    When you have the pork (or other meat) sliced thin place it in a hot frying pan along with the other seasonings keep mixing so as not to alow it to stick to bad if it begins to stick add a little water cook till meat is all most done add the rum flavor and 1/2 the apples saute for about one min. turn heat to very low and cover for abought 3 to 4 min or untill apples have begun to break down add the remaining apples cover just long enough for them to warm through. Poor this over the salad greens.

    this makes for a nice change and gives you a meal in one.
