Mashed Potatoes w/ Garlic & Rosemary

List of Ingredients
4 lrg russet potatoes (2 3/4 lbs)
5 cloves garlic peeled sliced in half
1 cup vegetable broth, low sodium
(original recipe calls for 1/2 tsp salt)
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tbl fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried rosemary
2 tbl italian parsley minced Recipe
Boil potatoes until tender. Mash with the remaining ingredients.
