8 small potatoes, peeled and thin sliced (2 1/2 lb)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 cup low sodium fat free chicken broth
1 tablespoon fresh or dried parsley, minced
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425¼F. Spray one side of large piece of heavy-duty foil with nonstick cooking spray. Place potatoes and onion on the foil. Combine parsley and Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle over potatoes. Fold foil up around potatoes and add broth. Seal edges of foil well. Bake 35-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Yields 8 portions 1/2 cup Carb A.
