Broccoli & Potatoes w/ Dill

2 red potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
1/2 cup dill sprigs
1-1/4 cups broccoli florets
3 green onions, finely chopped
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil (see note below)
1 teaspoon chopped dill
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
Steam potatoes over boiling water containing dill sprigs for 5 minutes. Add broccoli and steam for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
In a large bowl, combine potatoes and broccoli, green onions, lemon juice, olive oil, and pepper; toss well.
buny's note: I assume you could reduce the amount of olive oil or even omit if you want, or use I Can't believe it's not butter spray instead.
