Microwave Potatoes

List of Ingredients

2 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup onion, sliced
1/8 teaspoon pepper
sprinkle of garlic powder



Recipe

Coat a 9-in microwave-safe plate with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange potato and onion slices on plate; sprinkle with seasonings. Cover and microwave on high for 5 mins. Stir, and recover and microwave on high until potatoes are tender.
