    Oven Sweet Potato Fries

    List of Ingredients

    4 sweet potatoes or yams
    nonstick cooking spray
    1 pinch ground black pepper
    1/4 cup malt vinegar, (optional)

    Recipe

    PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F. SLICE potatoes 1Ú4' thick, spray with nonstick cooking spray. PLACE in baking pan, bake 25-35 minutes, until golden. SPRINKLE with malt vinegar, pepper. Or, can sprinkle with cinnamon and splenda for a sweeter snack.
