From member eastwababe: These were so good! For those of you who don't know, Silpat is a product made in France. It has a rubbery texture and nothing will stick to it. It will also pull away grease. Great for everything from cookies to chicken.
List of Ingredients
* 1/2 cup thinly sliced potato
* 1 egg white, beaten until frothy
* garlic powder taste
* chopped onion to taste
* parsley to taste
Recipe
Dip potatoes in egg white and place in a single layer on Silpat. Sprinkle with garlic powder, chopped onion, and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
