Recipe
Grate potato coarsely with cheese grater. Shape the potato pieces into a loose pile on a plate and microwave them for about 1-1/2 minutes on high. Heat a non-stick skillet on the stove. When pan is hot, add the microwaved potatoes and brown on both sides. Season with garlic powder, Mrs. Dash, and cayenne pepper, if desired.
