Five large potatoes cut evenly
One yellow onion cut evenly
1/2 cup chicken broth (5mg sodium)
Mixed together:
1/2 cup rice flour
ground pepper (fresh)
oregano
no salt Mexican seasoning
red pepper flakes
Recipe
I layered everything: onions, peppers, flour mixture and repeated. When I ran out of material, I poured the chicken broth evenly over the mixture. I baked at 350 for 1 hour and it was actually creamy when done.
