Sweet Potatoes & Onions

List of Ingredients
2 cups onions, chopped
1 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled, cut in 1/2" cubes
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 cup water
Recipe
Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add all ingredients except water and cook 10 minutes, or until onions are tender, stirring frequently. Add water, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally while cooking and add more water in small amounts if needed to prevent sticking.
