Wine Basted Red Potatoes

3 pounds Red Potatoes, Small Ones, Quarter
5 Cloves Garlic Sliced
1 tablespoon Minced Fresh Rosemary Or 1 tablespoon Dried Rosemary
(original recipe called for 1 teaspoon Salt )
1 cup White Wine
Recipe
In skillet, cook all but wine over med heat, stirring 5 minutes (may want to use cooking spray or broth to prevent sticking -- original recipe called for oil for this step). Add wine, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 10 - 15 min or until tender.
