Apricot Curry Chicken or Turkey

List of Ingredients
1 lb chicken or turkey breast cut in bite size chunks
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 c sliced onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 c apricot Polaner Simply Fruit or Just fruit jam
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
Recipe
Sprinkle meat with pepper. In a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat, add onion, garlic, and meat. Saute 8 minutes or until done. Remove meat from pan. Add jam to pan and remaining ingredients, cook for 2 min stirring constantly with a whisk. Return meat to pan, cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
