List of Ingredients
1 ½ C Chinese cabbage, thinly sliced
1 C Bean Sprouts, warmed
¾ C Red Bell Pepper, sliced into strips
½ C Vinaigrette
2 tsp Soy Sauce Substitute
8 oz Grilled Chicken Breast, thinly sliced and divided into 2 oz portions.
4 Large Iceberg Lettuce LeavesRecipe
1. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Toss together, mixing well
2. Place the vegetable mixture in a line across the center of each lettuce leaf 1” from the edge.
3. Place sliced grilled chicken on top of vegetable mixture
4. Fold one side of lettuce leaf over filling and tightly roll
Serves 4 – 2 oz protein servings
