    Chicken: Asian Style Chicken Packets

    4 sheets foil, 12x18 inches
    1/4 cup brown sugar twin
    2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 1/4 teaspoons cayenne peper
    9 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut into 4 equal pieces
    4 cups fresh or frozen stir fry veggies mixture

    Preheat oven to 450¼F. Combine brown sugar twin, soy sauce, garlic powder and cayenne; set aside. Center 2 oz. chicken breast on each sheet of foil. Pour soy sauce mixture evenly over chickenm, then top with 1 cup of vegetables. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat, making four packets. Bake 18-22 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven. To serve, spoon veggies and sauce over chicken.
    Makes 4 servings of 2 oz. protein B.
