Chicken: Asparagus & Chicken Stirfry

1 dozen asparagus spears, fresh
1 chicken breast (boneless, skinless) --you can substitute with pork or beef
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium
2 teaspoons sugar (or splenda equivalent)
pepper to tasteRecipe
Clean asparagus and slice diagonally. Slice chicken into small strips. Sprinkle ginger powder into frying pan. Heat pan. Add chicken strips to pan and saute until done, stirring constantly. Add asparagus. Saute until tender crisp. Add soy sauce, sugar (or splenda) and pepper. Serve immediately over rice.
