3 lb Skinned chicken breasts (with bone in)
1 cup Pineapple chunks, drained
3 tbl Soy sauce, low sodium
1 cup Pineapple juice
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1�1/2 tsp Ground gingerRecipe
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in a casserole. Add pineapple chunks. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. Cover and bake 1 hour.
