From member GaPeach: I thought this would be a wonderful way to share recipes for crockpot cooking for those of us that work outside the home and want to have a healthy meal that is on the plan and the whole family can enjoy or for days when you just feel the need for a home-cooked meal!
List of Ingredients
* 3-4 chicken breasts
* about 4 cups homemade barbecue sauce (see below)
Recipe
Rinse off chicken breasts and cut into strips. Place into crockpot. Pour your favorite 6 Week Body Makeover barbecue sauce on top of chicken, making sure you cover the chicken completely. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.

BBQ Sauce
1 can no salt added Tomato Sauce
3 capfuls of liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Ground Pepper, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder Etc,etc...
Stevia or Splenda to taste
Heat on the stove top until just simmering or you can nuke on defrost for ten minutes covered with wax paper.
I have also tried this with Pork Tenderloin. I cut the tenderloin into serving sizes, brown in pan then place in Crock pot with BBQ sauce, and cook for 4hrs on high. Tasty
