Chicken Breasts w/ Spicy Rub

2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar (not sure if can substitute brown sugar twin here)
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
(original recipe called for 1 teaspoon salt)
1 tablespoon brown mustard
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 fresh boneless, skinless chicken breasts, (4 to 6-oz. each)Recipe
Preheat grill or broiler.
Combine cumin, paprika, brown sugar, pepper, curry, and cayenne pepper. Stir together mustard, red wine vinegar and garlic; mix well. Coat chicken with wet ingredients and then roll in the spice mixture.
Coat grill or broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray and lay chicken on top. Cook over medium heat, 10 to 12 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.* If broiling, place 4 to 5 inches from heat and broil, turning once until done.
