Chicken: Buny's Chinese Lemon Chicken

4 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked
(I used the recipe for "perfect cooked chicken breast" when I made mine)
4 green onions, sliced
Sauce:
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar twin (or to taste)
2 tsp. splenda (or to taste)
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 small packets oxo chicken bouillon powder (or 2 chicken bouillion cubes)
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger Recipe
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. For sauce, combine all ingredients in medium saucepan and mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, til boils and thickens (about 5 minutes). Combine chicken with sauce and coat well. Season with fresh cracked white or black pepper. Can sprinkle with green onions if desired. Good served with rice. Optional: good with a few sprays of Braggs liquid amino acid mixed in.
