    Chicken breasts - 1.5lb
    chopped Green pepper -1
    chopped Red pepper -1
    chopped onion-1
    Salt free tomato puree or paste -1 1/2 tsp
    1 14oz can salt free tomatoes - chopped
    2 cloves garlic (or garlic paste-1/2 tsp)
    ginger paste-1 tsp
    red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
    coriander (cilantro) powder-1 tsp
    cumin (jeera) powder-1/2 tsp
    cumin seeds 1 tsp
    chopped fresh coriander leaves
    Garam masala
    chicken/vegetable broth for frying

    Cut Chicken into cubes. Heat about 4 tablespoons broth in a cooker or pan. Add the cumin seeds and heat for 30 seconds.

    Add and fry the onion and garlic and ginger paste for 2-5 minutes over high. Add the chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, peppers, and cook over medium heat for 5-6 min.

    Add the chicken and garam masala. Fry gently for 5-7 minutes. Add the canned tomato and tomato paste and simmer for 10-15 min with the cover on. Remove from stove and add chopped coriander leaves. Serve with basmati rice.
