Chicken: Chicken Rissoles

From member Pikant: This makes 4 Rissoles so you have extras for other meals. Very tasty with steamed vegetables.
List of Ingredients
* 10 oz of ground chicken
* 1 egg white
* 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
* 1 tsp of basil
* 1 tsp of oregano
* 1/4 cup of oat flour
Recipe
Mix the ground chicken, egg, onion, and herbs (you can add other herbs or spices to your taste) Continue to mix well. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Roll into shape for a Rissole. Lightly coat each Rissole in the oat flour (you won't use the whole 1/4 cup, just enough to coat the Rissoles). Put into a pre-heated skillet and cook for 10 -15 minutes on each side.
