4 Medium potatoes
1 Pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1/2"
2 Cloves garlic minced
2 Teaspoons dried rosemary crumbled

Slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick, and cook in microwave until tender (about 8 minutes). Spray large skillet with cooking spray and heat over high. Brown chicken and garlic on high heat for about 5 minutes (may need to add water or broth to keep from sticking). Add potatoes and rosemary; cook until potatoes are lightly browned. Sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
