1 lb of chicken sausage( Makes 8 2 oz meals)
4 Green peppers
2 red Peppers
1 Lg onion
1/4 cup of Low salt chicken broth
2 tsp of garlic podwer
2 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of paprika
4 cup of rice! (instant rice) made from box!Recipe
Slice peppers and put in pan, add chicken cut into 1" peices, slice onions on top, Add broth and then Add seasonings or to your taste! Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 mins. this will give you 8 meals with the rice 1/2 cup each meal you can freeze and have these meals ready at any time!
