Chicken: Chicken Saute

List of Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (white meat works best)
Spices (pepper, garlic, oregano)
1/4 cup sliced onions
1/8 cup white wine
1/4 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
Recipe
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Cook chicken over a medium flame in a frying pan (coated with cooking spray) with onions and spices. After chicken is browned add some white wine and clear chicken soup (chicken boullion). Cook about 5 minutes more and then add the vegetables. The vegetables will cook with the chicken and the whole thing will be ready in another 5 minutes.
