Chicken: Chicken Stuffed Peppers

4 Medium Green Bell Peppers
8 oz Cubed Chicken Breast
2 cups Diced Potatoes
1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
Mrs Dash Original Flavor Seasoning
Black PepperRecipe
Separate Cubed Chicken Breast into 4 equal portions. Add 1/2 cup of Diced Potatoes and 1/4 cup Sliced Mushrooms. Mix evenly. Add Mrs Dash and Black Pepper. Mix thoroughly. Clean Bell Peppers out to make a bowl. Fill with above mixture. Wrap in aluminum foil. Grill until slowly until chicken is done.
