Chicken: Chicken Tarragon & White Wine

Original poster's note: I added a little garlic and sauteed that before adding the herbs. It was absolutely delicious -- this will quickly become one of my 6WBM favorites.
List of Ingredients
* 4 oz chicken breasts, cut in lengthwise strips
* white wine
* diced fresh tarragon
* parsley
* white pepper
* savory
* dried lemon peel (found in seasoning section of supermarket)
Recipe
Pour wine into hot skillet. Sprinkle in 2 tbsp diced tarragon, a little bit of parsley, white pepper, savory and lemon peel. Place chicken breasts on top of this mixture, keeping the heat on high. While they are cooking, sprinkle the chicken with more tarragon, parsley, pepper, savory and lemon peel. Once one side is browned, flip breasts over, reduce heat, add more wine if needed, and cover. Let simmer 15-20 minutes until done. Keep checking to make sure that all the wine has not evaporated.
