Chicken: Chicken & Pad Thai Rice Noodles

1/2 pkg Pad Thai rice noodles
6 oz ground chicken breast
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp dried onion flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup steamed broccoli
Recipe
Boil noodles thoroughly, drain completely and set aside. Rice noodles cook quickly so keep an eye on them.
Brown ground chicken (or small dices of chicken breast - your choice) and add remaining ingredients. Measure your portion of rice noodles, top with 2 oz chicken mixture. Serve with broccoli.
