Chicken: Chicken in Indonesian Sauce

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime jice
2 tablespoons chunky unsalted peanut butter
2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
pinch cayenne
1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast cut in long strips
1 teaspoon sesame or vegetable oil Recipe
Puree all of the ingredients except for the chicken and sesame oil. Toss the chicken with the sauce until it is well coated. Heat the oil in a large nonstick saute pan or wok. Stirfry the chicken until it is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Serve with rice and steamed veggies.
