Chicken: Chicken w/ Apple Chutney

1 1/4 cup Granny Smith apple chopped
1 cup diced tomato
3/4 cup thinly sliced onion
3 tbl brown sugar (or use brown sugar twin)
2 tbl cider vinegar
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground ginger
4 boned and skinned chicken breast halvesRecipe
* Combine first 7 ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
* Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
* Remove apple mixture from heat, and let stand 10 minutes. Cover and chill.
* Grill or broil chicken 15-20 minutes or until done. Serve chicken with apple chutney.
