From member debbiepep: I made this tonight and it was so good I could not wait to share with everyone. My husband could not believe this was something that was allowed.
List of Ingredients
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
garlic cloves, pressed
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cans no-salt added tomatoes
Recipe
Brown chicken on both sides in an electric skillet. Press garlic over top. Add bell pepper and onion. Stir in tomatoes and simmer on low for 45-60 minutes.
