Chicken: Chicken w/ Pears & Marsala

16 oz boneless/skinless chicken breast
1/4 t black pepper
2 Bosc or Anjou pears, peeled, cored and each quartered
3/4 c low sodium chicken broth
1/2 c dry Marsala wine
1 T oat flour
2 t chopped fresh sage leavesRecipe
1) In nonstick 10-inch skillet, cook chicken in 2 T chicken broth, sprinkle with pepper. Cook 10 to 12 minutes turning over once. Transfer to plate, keep warm.
2) To skillet, add pears and cook 3-5 minutes until browned on all sides. Meanwhile, in cup whisk broth, wine, oat flour and sage.
3) Carefully add broth mixture to skillet; boil 1 minute to thicken slightly. Return chicken with and juices to skillet; heat through.
