    Chicken: Chicken w/ Veggies & White Wine

    List of Ingredients

    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1-2 cloves garlic, minced (to taste)
    thinly sliced onions
    rosemary, marjoram, thyme, and pepper
    thinly sliced mushrooms
    1/4 cup no/low-fat, low-sodium chicken broth
    1/4 cup white wine

    Recipe

    Place chicken in a baking dish. Sprinkle with minced garlic, then top with onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle with a few pinches of herbs and pepper for each chicken breast. Cover baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 325¡F and uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
