8 boneless, skinless breasts
1/2 cup of low sodium chicken broth
40 whole garlic cloves

I put the breasts in my pressure cooker and submerge the garlic in the chicken broth, cover with black pepper or white pepper to taste. I bring it to full pressure and cook for about 8 minutes. Then I let the cooker slowly cool and release its' pressure. (This will give it the last little bit of cooking it needs.)
The garlic becomes invisible but is very mellow and soaks up into the chicken. It's important to keep the garlic whole since it will be too strong if minced. ****Tip of the day: Did you know that the smaller the garlic is chopped the more intense (harsh) the flavor?***
When it's cooled we weigh it and portion it into baggies and pour some of the cooking liquid in with each portion....YUM!
