2 chicken breasts, boned, skinned, halved
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon dried dill
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup low salt chicken broth Recipe
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Rub chicken with garlic, Place in baking dish and sprinkle with dill and lemon juice. Pour chicken broth over chicken. Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
