Chicken: Chipotle Herb Chicken Breasts

List of Ingredients
* 1 Chipotle Pepper Rehydrated, stemmed and seeded
* 1/4 c fresh Parsley
* 1/4 c Fresh Cilantro
* 2 Cloves Garlic, Peeled
* 1/2 tsp Salt (may wish to omit to be more on plan)
* 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
* 1 Tsp. Olive Oil
* 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breats...4-6 oz. each
Recipe
1. Combine Chipotle, herbs, garlic, salt and Pepper in a morter and pestle or chop them on a cutting board until they form a paste. Transfer to a small bowl and add Olive Oil.
2. Rub Chicken with Chipotle Paste and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill or broiler.
4. Cook chicken for about 4-6 minutes per side. Making sure that it cooked through.
