Chicken: Crockpot Jambalaya

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 chicken breast
28 oz low or no salt tomatoes diced
1 chopped onion
1 cup diced celery
1 cup low sod. Chicken broth
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 lb shrimp
1 chopped green pepper
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. Cookies Cajun Seasoning
2 cups Cooked RiceRecipe
Cut chicken into cubes. Chop onion and green pepper. Put everything into crock pot EXCEPT RICE AND SHRIMP. Cook on low for 7 hours. 30 minutes before serving add cooked rice and the shrimp. ENJOY!
