In a non stick pan Sautee in no sodium chicken broth 2 oz of chicken breast, cut up, then add some onion, sliced thinly in rings and sliced fresh mushrooms, sprinkle with black and red pepper, and curry powder. When onions are tender and chicken cooked through, serve over rice with veggie on the side. NOTE: Amounts of onion, mushroom and spices are
