    Chicken: Fajita Chicken

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup snipped cilantro or 1 tsp dried
    2 TBSP white vinegar
    2 tsp shredded lemon or lime peel (optional)
    4 TBSP lemon juice
    4 TBSP lime juice
    2 tsp salt free chili powder (recipe in 6WBM book)
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp black pepper

    Recipe



    Marinate 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves for 1-2 hours, then grill or cook in skillet. Recipe can be cut in half.
