Chicken: Fresh Herb Marinated Chicken

List of Ingredients
1 cup white wine
1 tablespoon olive oil (for marinade)
1 clove garlic , crushed
2 bay leaves
6 green peppercorns, crushed
1 teaspoon minced frsh thyme
2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 skinless chicken breasts, split Recipe
Combine all but chicken. Pour mixtue over the chicken and let marinate for 1 hour. prepare broiler or grill. Cook the chicken for 5 minutes, then brush with marinade, then turn and brush the top with marinade. Continue to cook until done.
