Chicken: Grilled Hawaiian Chicken & Rice

Small can of pineapple slices in it's juice
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Ground Ginger

In a bowl, combine chicken breasts, the pineapple juice from the can, Ginger and Garlic Powder. Seal the top and let it marinade in the refridgerator for a couple hours.
Using the George Forman Grill (or your grilling method of choice), grill the chicken until done. (keep an eye on it as the juice may cause sticking to the surface so turn frequently). Take the slices of pineapple and grill them too. Cut the pineapple into pieces. Place pineapple then grilled chicken on a serving of cooked brown rice. Sprinkle ginger over rice for added flavor. Types A-E.
