    Chicken: Hawaiian BBQ'd Chicken

    Pre-Boil chicken until almost done…but not totally

    In a boil mix:
    1 cups soy sauce substitute
    ½ cup Splenda
    ½ cup brown sugar Sugar Twin
    1 cup Program BBQ Sauce
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    ½ teaspoon ginger powder
    1 cup crushed pineapple and juice

    Recipe



    1. Chicken in sauce 2 or more hours (preferably overnight). I use large ziplock freezer bags and divide the sauce if needed, so the chicken is covered well. Turn them occasionally to get good coverage.

    2. Cook on BBQ long enough to finish cooking them and get nice grill marks. (Remember, that are partially cooked from boiling, so it doesn’t take long.)
